Michael Chatfield is the Director and Licensee of Central Coast Commercial, a specialist commercial and industrial property agency based in West Gosford. He has spent almost 30 years in real estate, working across sales, leasing, property management and development in both residential and commercial markets.

His focus now is commercial, industrial, retail and office property across the Central Coast: sales, leasing, property management and appraisals. He works the region's key precincts, including West Gosford, Somersby, Tuggerah, Wyong, Erina and Woy Woy.
