About Meghan

Meghan Atkins is the Property Manager at Central Coast Commercial, looking after the agency's commercial property management portfolio.

She handles the day-to-day running of the properties we manage: leases and renewals, tenant requests and vacates, compliance such as annual fire safety statements, and the invoices and accounts that flow through to landlords.

Landlords and tenants deal with Meghan directly, with Michael Chatfield, our Director and Licensee, overseeing the portfolio. It is the same boutique approach the rest of the agency runs on: one person who knows your property, not a call centre.
